Made from 100% Negroamaro grapes grown in Salento, it originates in a suitable territory where the warm climate and sea breezes favor optimal ripening. The vinification involves fermentation at controlled temperatures and maceration on the skins, followed by a period of aging that contributes to developing harmony and complexity.
Visually, it presents an intense ruby red. On the nose, it offers broad and enveloping aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of blackberry and cherry, accompanied by elegant spicy and herbaceous nuances. On the palate, it is balanced, soft, and well-structured, with velvety tannins and a pleasant persistence.
Perfect paired with flavorful pasta dishes, red meats, roasts, and medium-aged cheeses, it also lends itself to daily tasting moments thanks to its versatility.
