Jorche's Primitivo di Manduria Riserva 2020 is a wine of great character that perfectly expresses the authentic soul of Salento. Made from 100% Primitivo grapes from mature vineyards, it represents a perfect synthesis of tradition, territory, and artisanal care.
The winemaking process involves a long maceration on the skins and aging for at least 12 months in barriques, followed by a further period in the bottle. This process gives the wine structure, complexity, and elegance.
Visually, it presents an intense ruby red with garnet reflections. On the nose, it offers a broad and enveloping bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruit, spices, and ethereal hints. On the palate, it is full-bodied, warm, and harmonious, with soft and well-integrated tannins and a long finish.
Perfect with red meats, roasts, game, and structured dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, it is also ideal for important tasting moments or for aging in the cellar.
