The 2023 Chablis Premier Cru Les Fourneaux is an elegant and minerally white, an authentic expression of the Burgundy terroir. Produced by a family of winemakers for generations, Domaine de la Meulière practices sustainable viticulture to enhance the quality of the grapes and the purity of the wine.

This Premier Cru comes from the Les Fourneaux climate, characterized by limestone and clay soils and vines with an average age of over 30 years, which give the wine structure, complexity, and freshness. Vinification takes place in stainless steel, without oak, to preserve the natural characteristics of Chardonnay .

Tasting notes : the color is straw yellow with greenish reflections, on the nose there are hints of lemon, green apple, white flowers and mineral notes , while on the palate it is dry, with vibrant acidity, balanced body and a long, savoury finish .
