Organoleptic notes
Straw yellow in color with golden highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. Delicate aromas of freshly baked croissant crust, with hints of exotic fruit and citrus. On the palate, it is vigorous and enveloping, accompanied by a crisp, crystalline acidity.

Production area
Vineyards in Val D'Illasi in the hilly area of ​​Tregnago, at altitudes between 400 and 550 meters above sea level.

Lands
Soil rich in marly limestone with a good presence of skeleton (stones, rocks).

Harvest/Harvest:
The grapes are selected and harvested by hand at the beginning of September.

Yield : 90 quintals/hectare

Winemaking
The grapes are destemmed and pressed. The must ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks. In the spring following the harvest, the wine is bottled with the addition of yeasts for secondary fermentation. Disgorgement occurs after approximately 36 months.

Suitable for aperitifs, seafood, sushi and fresh cheeses.
