Tasting
Intense garnet color, with notes of black fruit, truffle, and tobacco on the nose. On the palate, it has an enveloping structure and a long finish.

It pairs well with meat dishes, especially black pork stew and Mirandesa steak.

Serve between 16 and 18°C

Saint Sebastian, who inspired and gave his name to the Quinta de S. Sebastião, was a martyr and a great warrior who believed he could prevent the Roman Empire from persecuting Christians. This irreverent wine range was also inspired by this historical figure, intrinsically linked to the village of Arruda dos Vinhos, where our Quinta is located. This range features wines from a Mediterranean climate with strong Atlantic influences and blends of renowned national and international grape varieties. These wines are characterized by the enveloping nature of their soft, fruity, fresh, and elegant flavors.
