"The charm and pleasure of Barbaresco"


It comes from the proprietary vineyard within the geographical mention Pajorè, a cru that is fully among the most renowned in the Langhe. The midday exposure and the geomorphological conditions are absolutely favourable. The result is a persuasive expression that combines harmony and strength, with notes of medicinal herbs, wild strawberries and cloves. A Barbaresco with a strong personality, recognizable by its balsamic and spicy tones.

Serving temperature: 16°C.



manually in boxes, in the first ten days of October (with possible variations depending on the seasonal climate trend). Fermentation and maceration:
at a controlled temperature in steel tanks without exceeding 30°C, for a duration of approximately 3-4 weeks. At the end of the primary fermentation, malolactic fermentation followed which normally ends in about a month.


in large Slavonian oak barrels for approximately 12 months, then in concrete tanks for another 6-9 months and subsequently in the bottle before marketing.

Altitude : 230 - 300 masl
Exposure : South.
Soil composition : calcareous-clayey marl. Year of planting : 1965 - 2008.
Training system : Guyot.

First year of production: 2004 as Barbaresco “Pajorè”.
