BARBARESCO "RIZZI"
2020
75cl
Grape variety: Nebbiolo
WINE
It represents the company flag and clearly expresses its style, in constant search for elegance and purity. It comes from the grapes harvested in the best plots of the Rizzi Cru of the same name. Since this is a fairly large vineyard area, it is normal to find discrete variations in exposure and altitude within it, as well as evident pedological differences. The result is a Barbaresco with classic features in which the freshness of the fruit, the intensity of the undergrowth, immediacy and longevity manage to coexist.
Serving temperature: 16°C.
WINEMAKING
Harvest:
manually in boxes, in the first ten days of October (with possible variations depending on the seasonal climate trend). Fermentation and maceration:

Refinement:
in large Slavonian oak barrels for approximately 12 months, then in concrete tanks for another 6-9 months and subsequently in the bottle before marketing.
