Valpolicella Classico Superiore Sanperetto is a ruby red wine with aromas of cherry, violet, and pepper. The palate is dry and fresh, with hints of orange and a peppery finish.

Vinification and aging : Fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature (24°C) takes place in a horizontal fermenter for approximately 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation to lower the wine's total acidity. The wine is aged partly in oak barrels and partly in steel tanks for approximately 12 months.
Alcohol content : 13.5% vol.
Pairings : Dishes based on white and red meats, including grilled ones, or medium-aged cheeses.
