Slight overripeness of the grapes, lowering of temperatures and fermentation with whole bunch carbonic maceration of medium duration, in stainless steel.
Racking, short maturation in steel and bottling.
Intense golden yellow color.
Explosion of ripe apricot and candied fruit chasing the more pungent notes of lemon and saffron.
In the mouth it is elegant, supported by distinct flavor and acidity that refresh the sip, closing with notes of honey.
