Slight over-ripening of the grapes, reduced temperatures and fermentation with carbonic maceration of the whole bunch of medium duration, in stainless steel.
Racking, short-term maturation in steel and bottling.
Intense golden yellow colour.
Explosion of ripe apricot and candied fruit chasing the more pungent notes of lemon and saffron.
In the mouth it is elegant, supported by distinct sapidity and acidity that refresh the sip, closing in honey notes.
