The 2019 Venturini Massimino is born in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica area, from hillside vineyards at an average altitude of around 250 metres above sea level, on calcareous, skeletal soils, facing south-west and trained using the pergola system.
This wine is made with the winery's own grapes (Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara) and follows the winery's philosophy of quality and respect for the land.

In the glass, it displays a brilliant ruby ​​red color with garnet highlights. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and berries, emerge, complemented by light spicy notes and a mineral undertone that reflects the terroir. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with good freshness, elegant and well-integrated tannins, and a finish of ripe fruit and sweet spices that invites a second sip.

This wine is perfect paired with red meat dishes, roasts, game or mature cheeses, but it can also be enjoyed as a meditation wine, thanks to its balance between structure and drinkability.
