The Valpolicella Classico represents the most authentic expression of the Veronese territory, a wine that has always accompanied the daily life of the Venturini family. It is the perfect synthesis of freshness, authenticity and tradition, obtained from grapes grown on the gentle hills of Valpolicella Classica, where the temperate climate and calcareous soils produce wines of great balance and fragrance.
The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in the traditional way, with fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature, in order to maintain the freshness of the fruit and the varietal typicality. This is followed by a short aging in tank and in bottle, to preserve its young and immediate character.
The wine has a brilliant ruby red color, with good transparency. On the nose, it immediately shows its simple and straightforward character, with fragrant notes in which sour cherry and red currant are refreshed by a pleasant balsamic vein. On the palate it is direct and agile, with a tasty return of fruity notes and a decidedly savory finish, which prepares the palate for another sip.
Valpolicella, with its fresh drinkability, is like the summer breeze that every evening ruffles the leaves of our vines, bringing refreshment after a hot and busy day. It is a versatile wine, which pairs well with a first course with meat, but which, served at a cooler temperature, is also suitable for fish dishes in stew.
