Timorasso is the basis of the Vigneti Repetto project. In this bottle, in the version of vintage, we find floral and citrus notes that evolve with age, enhancing the minerality that distinguishes this wine. It pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish, white meats, fried vegetables and Asian dishes that often have a soy sauce base.
