Timorasso is the foundation of Vigneti Repetto's project. In this bottle, the current vintage offers floral and citrus notes that evolve with aging, enhancing the minerality that distinguishes this wine. It pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish, white meats, fried vegetables, and Asian dishes often made with a soy sauce base.
