The 2023 Vuillemez Mâcon-Villages Chardonnay is an elegant and minerally white, an authentic expression of the Burgundy terroir. Produced by a family of winemakers for generations, Domaine Vuillemez Père et Fils practices sustainable viticulture to enhance the quality of the grapes and the purity of the wine.

This Chardonnay comes from vines averaging 30 years old, grown on limestone soils in the Mâcon-Villages area, near the village of Chardonnay. Vinification takes place in stainless steel, without oak, to preserve the grape's natural characteristics.

Tasting notes :

• Color : straw yellow with greenish reflections.

• Nose : fresh and aromatic, with hints of lemon, green apple, white flowers and mineral notes .

• Palate : dry, with good acidity , slim body and long, savoury finish.
