Aromas and flavors: The nose is very pure and fruity with good depth – green apples and pears with a touch of citrus and brioche. The palate is elegant and fruity and the foam is very fine and soft.
Grape variety: 65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay

Aging potential: Up to 4 years after disgorgement.
Pairing: Perfect as an appetizer, but also pairs well with shellfish, oysters, light fish and salad.
