Aromas and flavors: The nose is very pure and fruity with good depth – green apples and pears with a touch of citrus and brioche. On the palate it is elegant and fruity and the foam is very fine and soft. Grapes: 65% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 5% Aligote Serving temperature: 6-7°C Aging potential: Up to 4 years after disgorgement. Pairing: Perfect as an appetizer, but also goes well with shellfish, oysters, light fish and salads.
