Use of sorting tables, total destemming, fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation, regular shaking. Traditional cork stopper, aged on staves for 4 years before disgorging.
Tasting notes Intense pink color with amber reflections. On the nose: fruity and expressive. In the mouth it is gourmet, full, intense floral notes, notes of jammy fruit, notes of red fruits, light spicy notes, powerful body, good intensity.
Food and wine pairings White meat, game, sweet and savoury dishes, dark chocolate.
