The classic Cuvée, full of freshness and floral delicacy

The 2022 vintage is characterized by fruity aromas (apricot, pineapple, plum...) and white flowers (chamomile, peach blossoms), the mouth is fresh, rich and silky with aromas of yellow fruits, with this minerality typical of our wines. It is an elegant and complex wine with a beautiful intense and crisp length.

To pair with seafood (oysters...), fish, white meats (the famous Sancerre rabbit!) and of course Crottin de Chavignol...
