Matured partly in oak barrels, it is a wine that combines the tradition of our ancestors and modern oenological knowledge.

A complex vintage that offers an intense nose of notes of white flowers (linden, acacia) and ripe exotic fruits (mango). Soft on the attack, the mouth is fleshy and crunchy with a nice minerality.

A delight as an aperitif, or with fish or white meat in sauce, and Crottin de Chavignol.
