Partially aged in oak barrels, it is a wine that combines the tradition of our ancestors and modern winemaking knowledge.

Complex vintage offering an intense nose of notes of white flowers (linden, acacia) and ripe exotic fruits (mango). Soft on the attack, the mouth is fleshy and crunchy with a nice minerality.

A delight as an aperitif, or with fish or white meat in sauce, and Crottin de Chavignol.
