For this cuvée, only L'ESSENTIEL was produced to produce a fruity and mineral Sancerre as close as possible to its natural state.

This vintage with an intense nose offers a first complex nose that mixes floral, mineral and peppery notes. After aeration, yellow peach and cooked fruit mingle, all enhanced by the spiciness of citrus (orange). The attack is frank, the mouth is fleshy and dense. Successive waves of peach aromas, then citrus (orange, lemon), with a spicy touch. Good aromatic length and beautiful structure... Very pleasant to eat with seafood (oysters...), fish and Crottin de Chavignol...
