For this cuvée, only L'ESSENTIEL was produced to produce a fruity and mineral Sancerre as close as possible to its natural state.

This 2018 vintage with an intense nose offers a complex first nose mixing floral, mineral and peppery notes. After aeration, yellow peach and stewed fruit are mixed, all enhanced by the spiciness of citrus (orange). The attack is frank, the mouth fleshy and dense. Successive waves of peach aromas, then citrus (orange, lemon), with a spicy touch. Good aromatic length and nice structure... Very pleasant to eat with seafood (oysters...), fish and Crottin de Chavignol...
