For this cuvée, only L'ESSENTIEL was produced to produce a fruity and mineral Sancerre as close as possible to its natural state.

This vintage with an intense nose offers a complex first nose that mixes floral, mineral and peppery notes. After aeration, the yellow peach and cooked fruit mix, all enhanced by the spiciness of the citrus (orange). The attack is frank, the mouth fleshy and dense. Successive waves of peach aromas, then citrus fruits (orange, lemon), with a spicy touch. Good aromatic length and nice structure... Very pleasant to eat with seafood (oysters...), fish and Crottin de Chavignol...
