A rosé for summer but not only...
It is a dry, fruity wine, with a complex nose: a touch of bergamot and red fruits (currant, raspberry). On the fresh palate it is voluminous and mineral. Excellent length and aromatic continuity with the nose (red fruits, English sweets...). It is a very tasty summer rosé, to be consumed very fresh, with cured meats, white meats or desserts.
