Fruity from the Loire, with character!

Quite intense ruby ​​red color, and an expressive nose dominated by notes of red fruits (raspberry...) with a floral finish (violet)... The attack is soft and the tannins fill the mouth well, offering a loose texture. All this is expressed on notes of raspberry liqueur, with a still somewhat decisive finish that tends to round off. Served slightly chilled, it accompanies the whole meal, with grilled fish, red meats and cheeses.
