Vinification: destemming, fermentation and maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks

Tasting and Colour: bright ruby red with intense aromas characterized by a floral bouquet of rose petals, violet and red berries. On the palate it is elegant and complex, spicy notes accompany freshness and persistence
