Ansari Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is an iconic wine, a symbol of the Valpolicella Classica tradition. Made with select Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, it undergoes a controlled drying process that concentrates sugars, aromas, and complexity. After fermentation and aging in oak, the wine displays a deep, luminous garnet red color, a rich bouquet of ripe fruit, sweet spices, vanilla, and tobacco, and a full, harmonious, and enveloping flavor. Perfect with rich meats, braised meats, and aged cheeses, Ansari Amarone is also a meditation wine, capable of aging beautifully in the bottle over the years.
