Origin: North slope of Etna, Passopisciaro, Contrada Porcaria – Feudo di Mezzo

Vineyard: Altitude di 750 meters a.s.l., bush a trellis

Soil: volcanic, stony

Climate: From high hill with strong temperature excursions between day and night

Harvest: Second decade of October, manual in crates

Vinification: short skin maceration followed by gentle pressing and slow fermentation at controlled temperature

Aging: in stainless steel tanks for about 6 months, until bottling

Tasting: Color: pale salmon pink with coral highlights

Aroma: intense and refined, with fresh citrus notes, hints of fragrant red berries and delicate floral nuances

Taste: fresh and juicy, with a pleasant texture supported by good savoriness and lively acidity

Aging: 5-10 years

Serving temperature: 8-12 °C
