Tasting Notes: It presents an intense aroma of dried fruit, with hints of ripe fruit and vanilla. On the palate, it is complex and fresh, with a long, pleasant finish. Its color ranges from golden brown to amber.
How to serve: A delicious dessert wine. It pairs particularly well with the flavors of almonds, berries, or dark chocolate. It can also be served with intensely flavored blue cheeses. It's excellent at the end of a meal, capping off a pleasant evening, served alone with toasted walnuts or almonds. Best served at a temperature between 12°C and 16°C.
