Tasting Notes: It has an intense aroma of dried fruit, spices, vanilla, and caramel. On the palate, it is full-bodied, velvety, and harmonious. Its color ranges from golden brown to amber.
How to serve: An excellent accompaniment to many desserts. It pairs well with the flavors of figs, almonds, and caramel. It's also delicious with cream or a bowl of strawberries. It can also be enjoyed on its own, at the end of a meal, accompanied by walnuts or other dried fruit. Best served between 12°C and 16°C.
