Vinification: Vinified primarily in "lagares," large concrete vats where pressing still takes place today without the use of special machinery. Aged for an average of three years in wooden barrels.

Tasting Notes : Ruby red in color, with a fresh and vibrant aroma of black fruits that lingers on the palate; almost mineral, it is a young, balanced wine, easy to drink and with a persistent finish.
How to serve Traditionally it pairs well with full-bodied, flavourful cheeses, as well as chocolate desserts and fruit tarts. Serve preferably at a temperature between 12°C and 16°C.
