Tasting Notes : The color is a very attractive ruby. Aromas of black plum, cassis, and cherry with subtle nuances of violet and balsamic notes. Subtly emerging notes of vanilla and spice. It captivates with its silky texture, yet vibrant and firm. The sensation of freshness and elegance accompanies a long finish.
Pairing: Particularly pleasant to pair with appetizers, meat-based main courses or even on its own for any occasion.
Serving temperature: 16ºC – 18ºC
Vinification : Manual harvesting in 20 kg crates, complete destemming, and fermentation for 8 days in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation also took place in the tank, while part of the wine was transferred to barrels.
It was made partly in stainless steel (30%) and partly in 500l and 225l French oak barrels.
